What began as large‑scale equipment distribution evolved into the country’s first state‑recognised vocational qualification for two‑wheeled mobility. By embedding road safety directly into university campuses and aligning civil‑society expertise with national regulation, the initiative transformed voluntary awareness into structured competence. Today, it operates not as a campaign, but as a long‑term behavioural infrastructure that reshapes driving behaviours.
