The 2025 FIA University Region IV Executive Programme in Buenos Aires brought together senior leaders from Clubs across the region for an intensive executive programme.

From 2 to 6 November, the  programme, designed to strengthen the strategic capabilities of senior management across Region IV (Central and South America) Member Clubs, took place at the Emperador Hotel in Buenos Aires.

Bringing together more than 20 representatives from 10 Clubs throughout the region, this year’s edition introduced a renewed format with a strong focus on leadership, strategy and innovation in a rapidly transforming environment. Developed in partnership with Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, the academic programme included content based on globally recognised methodologies such as:

  • Agile Strategy and the Play to Win framework;
  • Implementation of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results);
  • Design Thinking for User-Centred Innovation.

Over five intensive days, participants worked on real cases, practiced strategic management tools and explored new approaches to connect long-term, strategic vision with concrete results.

To close the event, FIA Region IV held a strategic follow-up meeting to advance the agreements defined during the managers’ meeting in Asunción and coordinate the regional activity plan for 2026. This space made it possible to consolidate shared priorities and further strengthen cooperation among FIA Region IV Clubs.

Ricardo Morales Rubio, President of FIA Region IV, highlighted the importance of the programme for institutional development: “This renewed edition provides our Members with strategic tools to lead with vision, empathy and innovation in a constantly changing environment.”

With this edition, FIA University reaffirms its role as a central pillar for the professionalisation of leadership in the region, supporting the evolution of Member Clubs and preparing their teams for present and future challenges in mobility and road safety.
